Scientific Congress
Registration fees include the following: Instruction, a $10 breakfast voucher per day, refreshment breaks, lunch
Sunday and Monday, a complimentary ticket to the Opening Ceremony and Reception (Saturday) and a
complimentary ticket to Closing Gala (Monday). You must request your complimentary ticket at the time of
registration. Accompanying person tickets may be purchased separately for the Opening Ceremony and
Reception, the Closing Gala and lunch. Please note that tickets will be required for entry to both the Opening
Ceremony and Reception, the Closing Gala and lunch.
Postgraduate Courses
Registration for the Postgraduate courses on Friday and Saturday are separate from the Congress. Opening
Ceremony and Reception and Closing Gala tickets are not included with registration for these courses.
Please note that tickets will be required for entry to both the Opening Ceremony and Reception and the Closing
Gala. There is no charge for admittance to the Industry-Sponsored Symposia for IFSO2010 attendees.
Registration for a Postgraduate course includes a $10 breakfast voucher and lunch.
Registration Instructions
Anyone who would like to register after August 20, 2010 must register on site. On-site registration is on a
space-available basis. All paid registrations received in the IFSO2010 office by August 20, 2010 will receive email confirmation.

The registration fees must be paid in U.S. Dollars. The registration fees must accompany the registration form.
Checks must be payable to IFSO. Visa, Mastercard and American Express also are accepted. Registration may be
sent by fax or mail. Online registration is also available at www.ifso2010.com. Information for bank transfer of
funds is also available on the registration form.
Only the person registered will be allowed to pick up meeting materials. Please have picture identi cation
available.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fee, less a $50 administration fee, is refundable if IFSO2010 is notified in writing on or before
August 13, 2010. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows and/or changes in registration made after
August 13, 2010.
Course changes resulting in additional charges after August 13, 2010 will be processed and charged on site.
No refunds will be granted after August 13, 2010.
